Sorry for the no-chapter last week, but pre-christmas time is a busy time for a lil’ salaryman. I was simply too tired to do any proper translating after work. This week’s not that much better, but oh well, at least I managed to get one chapter done and quillshot did his usual magic on it. 🙂

as you can see, one chapter this week, a long one, too.
One short notice: There’s a different point of view in the middle part of the chapter. The author somehow made a jumble-bumble of first and third-person view there. But as I didn’t want to cluster it up with italic all over, I just left the pronouns do the work. 😉

a short notice at the beginning: I removed all the indicators who is speaking from the chapter and will keep it this way from now on. The author expresses himself well enough so that it’s easy to follow who is currently talking. Also, I will go back to using footnotes if necessary unlike the translation notes inside the chapters I used until now.
I hope that will improve the reading immersion a bit.

here’s the second and last chapter this week. It’s an interesting world-building chapter. Please notice that the PoV is slightly different this time, so don’t get too confused. The author did a fairly well job there to switch around the attitude to fit it with the PoV.
